1 lb. baby spinach
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. garlic (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup dried figs (sliced)
1/4 cup chicken stock

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat olive oil and sautee garlic in stove top skillet.
2. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and sautee until spinach is tender.
