  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup mango (chopped)

  • 2 Tbsp. wildflower honey

  • 1 dash ground cardamom

  • ice



1. Put the mango, yogurt, milk, wildflower honey, and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.

2. Pour contents into a glass and sprinkle with a dash of ground cardamom to serve.

(Can be refrigerated up to 24 hours.)
