This easy-to-make dish features juicy baked salmon fillets coated in a sweet and tangy lemon honey glaze. It's a flavorful and satisfying meal that that is super easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
8 salmon filets or steaks
1/4 cup lemon-infused honey
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
2. Combine the lemon-infused honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Cut aluminum foil sheets to form foil pockets for each individual piece of salmon.
4. Place the salmon slices on pieces of foil.
5. Baste each piece of salmon with the honey glaze.
6. Fold the foil over the top of the salmon and crimp the ends to keep honey glaze and steam locked in.
7. Place the foil packets on a baking tray.
8. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes. (salmon steaks will take longer than filets)
9. Remove from the oven and turn broiler on high.
10. Open up the top of each foil packet and place back into the oven on the top rack for a few minutes to caramelize the glaze.
11. Garnish with lemon wedges or slices.
