1 cup almond meal
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. dried culinary lavender
¼ cup almonds (finely chopped)
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Note: You need a donut pan to make as instructed, but this recipe can also be used to make muffins.
1. Preheat oven to 300 F and grease a donut pan.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, lavender-infused honey, eggs, vanilla, chopped almonds and baking soda.
3. Mix until smooth.
4. Fold dried lavender and blueberries into the batter until evenly distributed throughout.
5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 1/2 way.
6. Bake 10-15 minutes.
